Blocknovas LLC is seeking a highly skilled Web3 Product Manager to lead the development and innovation of our blockchain-based products. If you are a strategic thinker, passionate about Web3, DeFi, and blockchain technology, and experienced in driving product-market fit, this role is for you! You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure success.
Experience Requirements

Product Management Experience: Minimum 5+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years in blockchain or Web3 projects.

Blockchain & Smart Contracts Knowledge: Understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and tokenomics.

Agile Development & Roadmap Execution: Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies to manage sprints and product iterations.

User Experience & Market Research: Ability to conduct user research, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven product strategies.

Strong Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, work with developers, UX/UI designers, and marketing experts.

Web3 Business Models: Deep knowledge of tokenized economies, staking mechanisms, governance models, and DeFi integrations.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Experience launching Web3 products, managing beta programs, and driving adoption.
