Blocknovas LLC is seeking a talented Tokenomics Designer to develop and refine tokenomics strategies that power decentralized ecosystems. If you have expertise in designing sustainable token models, optimizing token utility, and driving the economic structure behind blockchain projects, this role is for you!
Experience Requirements

Tokenomics Design: Strong experience in designing tokenomics models, including distribution, utility, and governance structures.

Blockchain & DeFi Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain platforms, decentralized finance (DeFi), and how token models work within these ecosystems.

Economic Modeling: Experience in financial modeling, understanding market dynamics, and creating sustainable economic models.

Governance Models: Familiarity with governance tokens, decentralized voting systems, and incentive structures within token ecosystems.

Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align tokenomics with overall project goals.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze token performance, supply/demand dynamics, and market trends.
Nice To Have

Experience with Major Blockchains: Familiarity with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or other blockchain ecosystems.

DAO & Governance Participation: Experience working with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and their tokenomics.

Staking & Liquidity Incentives: Knowledge of staking models, liquidity pools, and yield farming mechanisms.

On-Chain Data Analysis: Ability to track token usage, market data, and provide insights into token performance.

Governance Platforms: Hands-on experience with tools like Snapshot, Tally, or Aragon for governance-related token projects.
