Whom we are looking for
Blocknovas LLC is seeking an experienced DeFi Yield Farmer who specializes in liquidity provision, staking strategies, and maximizing returns on decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. If you have a deep understanding of yield optimization, risk management, and DeFi protocols, this role offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge strategies in the blockchain ecosystem.
Experience Requirements

DeFi Protocol Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Uniswap, Curve, Aave, Compound, Lido, Yearn Finance, and other DeFi platforms.

Yield Optimization Strategies: Strong knowledge of staking, liquidity mining, yield farming, and arbitrage across multiple chains (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Arbitrum, etc.).

Smart Contract Interaction: Ability to interact with smart contracts using Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Python (Brownie, Hardhat, Foundry).

Risk Assessment & Management: Expertise in impermanent loss mitigation, liquidation risks, slippage control, and protocol security analysis.

Cross-Chain DeFi Strategies: Experience with bridging assets and farming across multiple blockchains and Layer 2 solutions.

Tokenomics & Governance Understanding: Strong grasp of token utility models, governance staking, and DAO participation strategies.

Experience with Flash Loans & Arbitrage: Understanding of MEV (Miner Extractable Value), sandwich attacks, and liquidation bots.

Algorithmic Trading in DeFi: Experience with automating yield farming strategies using smart contracts or bots.

Portfolio Management: Ability to track, manage, and optimize DeFi portfolios across multiple platforms.

DeFi Security & Audit Knowledge: Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.

NFT & GameFi Yield Opportunities: Exposure to play-to-earn economies, NFT staking, and metaverse yield strategies.
