Blocknovas LLC is searching for a DAO Coordinator to help manage and grow decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). If you have a deep understanding of Web3 governance, community management, tokenomics, and decentralized decision-making, this role is for you!
Experience Requirements

DAO Governance & Management: Strong understanding of on-chain governance models, proposal systems, and voting mechanisms.

Community Engagement & Growth: Experience in building, moderating, and growing DAO communities on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter (X).

Tokenomics & Treasury Management: Familiarity with DAO treasury structures, funding proposals, and financial transparency in DAOs.

Smart Contract Governance: Basic knowledge of Solidity, governance tokens, and blockchain-based voting mechanisms.

Legal & Regulatory Understanding: Awareness of DAO legal frameworks, compliance challenges, and decentralized entity structuring.

Communication & Collaboration: Ability to coordinate between contributors, developers, and investors within decentralized networks.
Nice To Have

Experience Working with Major DAOs: Participation in protocol DAOs, NFT DAOs, DeFi DAOs, or Investment DAOs.

On-Chain Data Analysis: Ability to track and analyze DAO voting trends, proposal success rates, and governance analytics.

Grant Writing & Fundraising: Experience in securing grants, funding proposals, and partnerships for DAO treasury expansion.

Knowledge of Governance Platforms: Hands-on experience with Snapshot, Tally, Aragon, Gnosis Safe, or other DAO tooling.

Strong Public Speaking Skills: Ability to present governance proposals, host community calls, and lead AMAs for DAO discussions.
