Blocknovas LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crypto Trader to join our team. If you have a deep understanding of financial markets, a strong track record in spot, futures, and DeFi trading, and expertise in risk management, we want you on our team! You will be responsible for executing and managing trades across multiple exchanges, optimizing strategies, and maximizing profitability.
Experience Requirements

Trading Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in crypto trading (spot, futures, arbitrage, or high-frequency trading).

Risk Management: Strong ability to analyze market trends, manage risks, and adjust trading strategies accordingly.

Technical & Fundamental Analysis: Expertise in chart reading, technical indicators, and on-chain data analysis.

Exchange Proficiency: Experience with major exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, Uniswap, dYdX, and others.

Algorithmic Trading: Experience with trading bots, market-making strategies, and quantitative models is a plus.

Performance Track Record: A verifiable history of profitable trading is preferred.

Portfolio Management: Ability to manage and rebalance portfolios based on market conditions.

Blockchain & DeFi Knowledge: Experience trading on DEXs, yield farming, and liquidity pools.
